"Very nice hotel with cool decor in the lobby and entry area. Beautiful rooftop deck with pretty flowers, etc. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very nice. We arrived somewhat late in the evening and there was someone at the street level who was waiting to let us in. But once we were inside and upstairs at the lobby we waited a VERY long time before someone showed up to the front desk to check us in. Probably 15+ minutes. We were tired and it was just a bummer. "Random paintings and plenty of blunt objects. The gym is hidden behind the laundry room and an abandoned speakeasy. I am waiting for the lights to go out and for there to be a blood curdling scream. 10/10, no notes. Oh and the staff is helpful in helping you find your room in this maze of a hotel. :)"

"Convenient location. One minute walk to Plaza Culture. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, wish I had gotten the males name to give him a kudos to his boss. Bilingual staff. Good breakfast with friendliest staff. Gym only had small amount of equipment but used Smart Fit nearby for $13 USD each day pass. Beautiful common areas that look very nice. Comfy bed and cold air conditioning. "
