"The pictures advertised were misleading. The apartment was cramped into a tiny room with a bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and all the furniture except a bed. We had to stay on a futon that took up almost all the space in the apartment. We couldn’t even walk around, never mind have room for our luggage. The futon was broken, and we couldn’t even put it together to make more room during the day. I would not recommend it."

"We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days in the snow.

"Our stay at Visimo Apartments in Chur was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the charming old town with beautiful cobblestone streets. The apartment itself is newly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
We did encounter a minor issue with the sofa bed linen not being fresh, which we noticed late at night. However, the hosts responded immediately and handled the situation promptly and professionally.
