"their room is kind of out of date. elevator is very small . Toilet has minor water leaking and blind /curtain can not fullyt block the sun. BUt, breakfast is very good."

"Its in a historic building and it shows. Very nicely renovated and decorated. The place has character. Great location, close to the Jet d'Eau and other attractions. Only nit I have is that they have no coffee machines in the room; the front desk made coffee for us before an early checkout, which was very nice of them."

"The hotel itself is wonderful - beautiful and comfortable rooms and nice staff. The spa, however, was a tremendous disappointment. One of masseuses arrived 30 min late for our couples massage and we only got a 60 min massage when we booked a 90 minute massage. They only charged us for the 60 minute but there was hardly an apology and no compensation for their mistakes. In addition, there is no real check-in at the spa and the hot tub was lukewarm warm."
