"Slow and arduous check in process. Not only do they manually inspect your credit card, they run a $1 charge on it for all 3rd party bookings. The food is lacklustre. Even the gallo pinto was burned. That written, the hand made to order omelettes and grilled swordfish pieces by chef Christen were very good. Good Chilean Malbec wine at lunch but you have to ask for it. The premixed mixers are in gallon jugs. The swim up bar and pool surrounds are very nice. This is a dated property. The 9 pm show...

"We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!"
