"Arrivé on nous donne une chambre qui n’est pas faite. Le personnel sympathique nous donne une autre chambre mais où rien n’est branché (télévision, chauffage…), odeur d égout, le carrelage au sol est tout cassé, cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans les draps plus des draps et matelas tachés. Les points positifs sont le personnel serviable et le petit déjeuner qui est très bon, mais les chambre aïe."

"La recepción fue muy agradable, un buen hotel, buen desayuno, sin embargo, a las 7 de la mañana de un sábado estaban trabajando con azulejos en el piso de arriba del nuestro, no pudimos descansar, incluso íbamos a quedarnos un día más, pero ese ruido era insoportable. La calefacción de la piscina es solo para nadadores; para uso recreativo, el agua está bastante fría incluso a 30 grados Celsius. "Really friendly staff. Room was quiet and clean- no issues there. Entering via a lift was a bit odd and the entrance is a bit like a building site- I’m sure this will resolve once the surrounding building works are finished. We did not have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We did have some drinks in the bar which was nice. Excellent location for the train station to make use of the free public transport.
