The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming. "
