"This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

"De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en...

"Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :("

"Wonderful: a modern ultra clean and fresh hotel with really good service from check-in, to the bar, pool/gym and restaurant. Perfect beds, hot shower, lovely amenities in room. Our room had a small kitchen. Also underground parking was great too."

"Good hotel in Naga City. Rooms just feeling a bit dated and tired now. However room was clean and service and food were really good. Good gym and lovely big pool for proper swimming. Parking provided opposite hotel with friendly welcome."
