"There is clearly an excellent training regime at this hotel. All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service throughout was excellent, food varied and very good and the bar well stocked. This was our first visit to Cairo, which is not an easy place to get about, but with the help of the excellent concierge...

"The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the buffet restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner was overall pretty good, especially the fresh fruits and vegetables. It is close to the airport, which was important for us. Not very close to the old city or historical sites but you have to choose. The wifi was also very good."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated, housekeeping cleaned promptly when requested and they were more than happy to provide extra towels upon request.
