"The customer service was awful! Really like they hate their job! The girl on charge of the tours the worst! She didn’t help if you didn’t buy with her and the staff in the hotel did the help either either with any questions about any places, they just refuse to the the women of the tours - you can do “their tours” for much cheaper doing and booking them by yourself ant your time. The hotel isnt worth the price you pay"

"The room was very spacious with a lovely view, it really could do with a facelift, a bit worn and outdated, as we were there on Saturday night, there was very loud street noise until late, but not other nights. But, the location certainly made up for it! Actually got to see the Cruise Ship Carnival Splendour leaving for its cruise from our room balcony at night and it was quite a spectical to watch. We also had the Buffet breakfast in the hotel every morning which was very reasonable and...

"Even though the property was quite full with peak holidays, it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries and supportive with activity bookings. Had everything we needed for our stay. The free wifi was as expected, but we now travel with an eSIM, which supports our needs. There were lots of activities available as with the various pools, the onsite convenience store and cafe/restaurant. "Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market. Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in. Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm."

"The property is not well maintained and lacks updating inside the individual rooms. I feel the cost was too high for what you get. I ordered twice for room service both times asking for ice with my drink, was not given the ice m. Finally I asked the waitress who said she would be back with ice. She never came back or let me know otherwise."
