"We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the breakfast was amazing and the food at the pool bar was also very good, I likes that nobody could put their towels on the sunbeds, it was monitored. Only one criticism, the rooms had no draws to put your smalls in, so everything had to go in the wardrobe and not many hangers, and the wash sinks were in the actual bedroom, so no privacy if you needed it. Overall a lovely hotel 😁"

Animateure haben teilweise mit dem Handy übersetzt. - Unser kind (5 Jahre) wurde einfach so aus dem Kinderclub entlassen, obwohl die Eltern nicht da waren (!) - Keine kostenlosen...

"The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned from very early morning to late evening. Rooms great and cleaned daily. Food excellent in all restaurants (didn’t realise the specialty restaurants were also buffets) mostly ate in main buffet, plenty of choice all of the time. The drinks were ok, glad we found the Gordon’s Gin, stations everywhere around the resort for coffee, beer, water, soft drinks , ice and wine. Staff were fantastic and entertainment was good, team worked really hard to ensure...

"Instalaciones habilitadas para toda la familia. Muy masificado NO recomendado para quiénes buscan tranquilidad y atención muy personalizada. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Baño y limpieza buenos. Piscina excelente, algo resbaladizo el suelo de acceso. Personal amable, algo desbordados en hora punta de comedor. Buffet bueno. Mi nota global BIEN."

"We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and...

"Nous avons apprécié d’être surclassés dans une suite junior avec de beaux espaces et une belle vue. Accueil très professionnel et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant. Petit point négatif :dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bouteille d’eau gratuite ainsi qu’une bouilloire dans la chambre."

"Food: Breakfast great, lunch and dinner not great flavour and limited choices. No buffet available for lunch and dinner. Staff very slow, and service at restaurants was also very slow. Not fully all inclusive, small extra charges popped up randomly, this was very irritating. Lots of new staff around, so had issues with ordering things that should’ve been included in all inclusive package. Facilities however, were very clean and at a high standard. Room cleaning was also very good."

"El alojamiento está bien ubicado cerca de la Caleta y a 10 min del centro andando, tiene garaje propio y el personal es el general amable. La habitación de una persona está bien,.es suficientemente amplia.Desgraciadamente la habitación no estaba del todo limpia a la llegada y las toallas tampoco, por lo que no puedo recomendarlo. La comunicación con el staff fue muy buena y se solucionó el problema, pero deben mejorar ese aspecto"

"Nice hotel , very close to the border to Gibraltar , about 15 minute walk , it has parking for 12 euro a day which is good for the area, and nice restaurant . The room is clean and the pool looks nice as well , I did not use it because no time but it looks very nice . The room is clean and large and the staff is very friendly . The town center is also short walk ."
