Cari Hotel di Ca Mau

"I book is VIP ROOM with 50sqm and mark note when booking , I need 2 separately singe bed. but when check in , they give me in normal Deluxe Twin room. due on we check in quit late and very tired that day , I just stay the normal deluxe twin room , when the next day ,i go to check with them and complain need they return the room price difference . they denial to pay room price difference , and said it's we insist need 2 single bed. after we keep complain , they just change me to deluxe triple...

"Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience "
