"Wow, what an experience. When we pulled up into the camp, there was an elephant just there (a tusker no less). The standards were consistently high from there. We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. At camp we sat and watched birds, and beyond seeing an elephant we saw a leopard just crossing the road outside! Before going to bed... Shine a torch into...

"It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience."

"Cuando llegas a este hotel ya te das cuenta que va a ser mejor que en las fotos y asi es! Las instalaciones son muy amplias, limpias y cuidadas. La piscina es enorme y increíblemente limpia, tiene una parte para niños pequeños. Las vistas desde las tumbonas son maravillosas asi como el cuidado jardín lleno de arboles con la flor areliya. "From start to finish the staff made our trip perfect. Incredibly friendly, attentive, always looking to do something a little extra to make your stay unforgettable. Incredible food and accommodation (with hot running water and full comfort!) in a romantic setting surrounded by nature, private safaris in stunning Yala National Park led by guides who are passionate about the animals in the park - we saw countless birds, water buffalo, lizards, a wild boar family, even a sloth bear!"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...

"It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted...

"The value for the money is great, a bit remote. We had issues with the payment from hotels.com since they insisted that we had to pay on checkout even though we had prepaid everything. They also claimed that they were not registered on hotels.com A couple of phone calls later everything sorted itself out so no harm."
