"We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service."

"The bathtub was dirty and did not drain very well. The beds were great and so was the breakfast."

"I rented a double bedroom, but when I showed up there were no more available, thankfully they had a king with a fold out couch that would work we were able to switch to. I cannot eat gluten, so the breakfast was a moot point and the others with me were not impressed by it. The room was not very clean, and the toilet seat did not fit the actual toilet so that was weird. The water pressure was TERRIBLE and even though we would have loved a bath we couldnt trust the cleanliness sadly."

"Everything was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was they only have 2 handicap parking spots. Other than that I highly recommend the facility. "

"The air conditioner was extremely loud. Sounded like the motor was going out. Staff did apologize and brought a fan to our room. Not much of a breakfast. Beds were every high. "

"The room was very clean and large enough to hold two beds, microwave, refrigerator, desk and a couple of stuffed chairs. The bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. The motel is located close to the interstate but it is quiet enough to get a good nights rest. The front desk person was very nice and made check in very easy."

"Room was very dirty upon arrival. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. The fridge was unplugged and there was some sort of feces looking substance on the walls. Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered."

"The site said it had an indoor pool. It had one but it was closed anyway for the season. The rooms had squeaky beds, rusty door handles, and the main door had to be slammed to close. We found long dark hair in the bed sheets, like they weren’t changed. The hot breakfast consisted of a waffle maker only and hard boiled eggs that looked like they were cooked and left there all week. The cold choices were cereal and white bread toast. I would l"
