"Seit ca 5 Jahren bin ich jedes Jahr einmal mindestens in Artic Hotel weil es in sehr zentraler Lage ist. Leider wird die versprochene Erneuerung der Möbel oder die Sanierung nicht wirklich eingehalten. Super personal!! Leider das Hotel muss endlich mal saniert werden. "

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean.
