"Everything was excellent, except for the lack of an air conditioner in the room, which can get a little stuffy in the summer. It's common practice to leave the windows open to let in cool air. Just be mindful of this if you are sensitive to road noise. Washing machines require better maintenance, as they leave a significant amount of lint on my laundry. My clothes actually ended up worst than before the wash :-("

"This property has everything going for it and appears to have been recently upgraded. You are near most forms of public transport and walking distance to one of Vienna's top tourist attractions with a palace and great surrounds. If you can be fortunate enough to score an upper balcony room at the rear of the building you are in for one of the great views of Vienna, particularly at night. The one suggestion that will improve peoples stay at the hotel is to organise express check out for guests. "
