"Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Der Service könnte jedoch noch verbessert werden. 1. Die App während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. 2. Auf der Homepage wird mit mehreren Restaurants geworben. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch die wenigsten geöffnet, eine Information, dass diese nicht geöffnet sind haben wir nicht bekommen. Die Auswahl und das Angebot waren jedoch ein Entscheidungskriterium bei der Urlaubsbuchung. 3. Lt. Auskunft an der Rezeption gibt keine Buggy`s oder...

"Super fint hotel, rart personale i receptionen, men alle andre var forholdsvis dårlige til Engelsk. Værelserne var pæne og området er hyggeligt. Det eneste negative var at maden var lidt ensformig 😊 "

"Ich hatte das grosse Glüxk ein Double Upgrade zu erhalten. Das bedeutet ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der 6 Etage mit einer Loggia Terrase. Wunderbarer Ausblick über Sofia. Das Zimmer war eine Duplex Suite mit 2 riesige Flat TV, Terrasse und großen Badezimmer( Rainshower). Das Frühstück war schlichtweg grandios: Eine opulente Auswahl von feinen Lachs-Variationen und erlesenem Käse über frischen Kuchen und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen bis hin zu prickelndem Champagner ließ keine Wünsche offen.“"

"Hotel moderno, elegante e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i servizi (ristoranti, skybar, spa, piscina, beauty saloon, etc). Camere enormi, pulite e silenziose, con vista panoramica sulla città. Colazione varia e abbondante con ampia scelta di cibi. Staff professionale e gentile. Ottima posizione sul Boulevard Vitosha e a breve distanza dalla metropolitana (fermata National Palace of Culture)."

"I can't find fault with this lovely hotel! Right on the beach, spotless throughout, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, fabulous food. Nessebar old town a 20 minute walk along the boardwalk, fabulous for some strolling, shopping and eating delicious food. I would 100% recommend this Hotel."

"Well this hotel was 5 stars probably in the 90’s as of now it’s two and a half stars in my opinion. The rooms are old and need a remodeling, the fitness center is terrible, I have never seen such a bad and old gym.After I used the equipment, my t-shirt and shorts were covered in rust!! The food in the buffet was almost the same every day and the taste I don’t even want to go there.Only good thing about this place was the location."
