"Everything for my wife's stay was GREAT...except... The day before my wife checked in, she was in the emergency room for severe food poisoning - so she was still recovering while checking into TRYP. She had no energy and told the front desk of her problem. Anyway, she quickly drank the two, free bottles of complimentary water that come with the room and called the front desk to request more (because she was severely dehydrated). Instead of just providing water, the staff on the line explained water wasn't free and that she would be charged, stating that only TWO bottles (strictly) come with the room: no more. First...really?? Okay, that's fine, but no need for a lecture or speaking in a condescending or judgmental tone. I'd like to see the actual hotel policy on requesting additional water. It makes me question whether I should put my wife into such a hotel that has a problem with being considerate or compassionate. My wife paid for three bottles: problem solved, but one person at TRYP cost any feelings of goodwill for our future business with them."
