"Room looked like it was recently refurbished. New flooring, bedding, furniture. Very clean! TV reception was bad. Lots of channels but out of focus on every channel. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was coffee and juices and some microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and muffins. No fruit. Outside of building is really bad along with the grounds. Could be a good place to stay for a night if you only want a clean room, nothing else."

"The breakfasts are delicious! Coffee available 24hrs/day in the lobby. My room was small since it’s a former dorm room but had the charming original hardwood floors and beautiful remodeled bathroom. "

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
