"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"A hotel was very clean and they let us check in very early."

"Live entertainment and bar was dice. Rooms were outdated and there is no elevator to pull up four flights of stairs with your stuff. Also an overall odor in the hotel."

"Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart) Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well"

"Property was clean, staff was knowledgeable and flexible, no parking, bar and restaurant was closed when I arrived and was closed when I was up. Good place for a safe roof and within expectations"

"Initial room that we were given had not been cleaned- one bed was not made and dirty towels in the bathroom. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating and quickly gave us a different room. This room was clean, but it smelled. Luckily, we had Lysol spray with us, so we sprayed that around to help with the smell and just dealt with it. There was trash and a lot of cigarette butts int he parking lot outside the door that we used."
