"Loistava sijainti, hienot maisemat ainakin ylimpien asuntojen ikkunoista. Todella siisti ja viihtyisä asunto, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Astioita riittävästi, ainoastaan paistinpannujen ja kattiloiden kunto oli heikko. Raitiovaunut häiritsivät, mutta ne ei kulje yöllä.
