"This heritage hotel was a great find - the service was exceptional, communication was clear and quick, and the staff was very responsive to any questions or concerns onhad during my stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth adding to my stay.

"The hotel location is perfect; just in the middle of the Bratislava Castle and the Old City. You will be in any place of interest in less than 15 minutes walking. The hotel is fancy, the room is clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel is your are visiting Bratislava. "

"Clean and comfortable accommodations, in the lovely "old town" of Bratislava. Good restaurant on ground floor of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful too. We would definitely visit again!"

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious and The shower was very powerful and hot.
The breakfast was nice with a decent selection of cereal, fruit, continental, hot food, cakes and bread. The location was excellent, being within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
