"Great Casino"

"Check in took a little while due to lines and only 2 people at the front desk. Got to room and it was freezing so we turned the heat on before leaving for a few hours. Got back and room was even colder. Called front desk and they offered to send maintenance. Declined offer and asked for extra blankets. Got those quickly and I was able to get the heat working. Took a bath and thankfully didn’t use the bath slip mat as it had hair on it from a previous guest. Right before bed I took my sandals off...

"Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. "

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

"The air conditioner was good, the staff was nice an the room was clean, i did not have cable tv but that was fine with me the room did have wifi I only stayed for the 25th an 26th i checked out early instead of check out on the 27th im still waiting on my my refund since i booked 2nights an i only stayed 1 night 🌙 It was awesome 👌 👏 "

"Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"

"this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "

"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else."

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "
