"Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things.
1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos.
2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

"Checking staffs at the time when we arrived were not friendly. Gave us a little attitude. Weren’t very helpful. It’s a tourists area. You’re going to be asked the same questions a million time. Answer them as if it was the first time you heard it. Most important position that sets the tone for the entire hotel and quests experience. I used to be a front office manager with the Hyatt Corp."

"Not a great stay but would give them another try.
Close to a museum so ask for the 4th floor to avoid the children stomping, rolling chairs and running back and forth above you.
Out of their control but they had a large water leak. Water in entire hotel had to be turned off, pool was out of order for part of our stay and there was a huge leak in the middle of the lobby. No bathrooms, no pool and no water was no good!
Breakfast was 5/10 but close to 9am they stopped restocking food items- even...

"The hotel has went down hill. We have stayed multiple times before this time was different. The hotel smells real bad, like animals and stale water. I asked for a new room from the first one because it was adjoining and I requested no adjoining and the smell was awful. Second room the smell was no better. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and the latch lock was broken. I tried telling them at checkout but of course there was a language barrier and I don’t believe she understood the...
