"This Hotel was 5 stars all the way ! Once,you walk thru the doors.You were politely greeted by Everyone. The front desk,the bell hop(Manuel),& security. It felt like you were staying with distant family from another country. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel.There was a 4 story mall right next door. A bank and ATM machines on the 1st floor.(with security standing by the ATM machines)And,a awesome food court on the 4th floor. Manuel,was a great help.He left a list on our desk. recommending restaurants.Places to visit. Areas to stay away from.Even housekeeping were so genuinely polite. My wife was speaking to her.and,she mentioned that she loves Mangoes.And,the very next day.there was a small basket filled with Mangoes ! I've stayed at numerous hotels(here and abroad).And, By far. The Hyatt Regency made my vacation feel like we were royality ! We will definitely be repeat customers ! "

"Very beautiful hotel! Super nice, welcoming and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were great, hotel extremely secure (you have to go through two security guards) & super clean! Would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Cartagena!"
