"I have travelled around the world and stayed in many 5 Star hotels but The Palace at Sun City is the best I have stayed by a long shot. The building is out of this world and the Staff will treat you like royalty...You are really in a Palace...Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bakubung Bush Lodge. The food was amazing, the staff were incredible, and the game drives were a real highlight of the trip. Every single member of staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful — it genuinely felt like being part of one big family rather than staying at a hotel.
The rooms were lovely, comfortable and perfect after long days out on safari. The spa was also excellent and a great way to relax between drives.
We actually loved Bakubung so much that...

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

"This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues
My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point
Other than that it’s a beautiful venue"
