Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us. "terrible stay. staff were rude, rooms were not clean at all. these furnitures need upgrade. some chairs were even spotted with bloods...dining at the hotel is pricey and small portion. I was not able to get a taxi because it is too far away from the main street. I will never go back to this hotel again"

"Great hotel, located right near the Ocean. The food is fantastic with live band at night. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room is very clean with comfy beds very roomy as I always booked the Superior Suites or the Deluxe. Loved their swimming pools. Conveniently located In Tagbilaran City. I will definitely book this hotel over and over again."

"The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room we had was lovely and it had an outdoor space to sit which was lovely in the evening. The food was good and the breakfast spread was amazing with a lot of things cooked fresh in front of you. The hotel feels tucked away which made it peaceful but it’s only a short walk to the hub of Alona Beach. The bonus is they have a happy hour with 2 for 1 on the selected cocktail and also offer a free foot massage on certain days!"
