"Wij kwamen aan en ze hadden een 2-persoonskamer voor ons, terwijl ik een kamer had geboekt met een 2-persoonsbed en een slaapbank. We hadden er ontbijt bij besteld, maar dit deden ze niet meer. Het restaurant is gesloten. Ze zeiden ook dat ze geen zaken meer deden met Hotels.com. Ze vertelde ons dat het hotel was overgenomen. Ze konden niet meer bij de gegevens van Hotel.com.
