The two areas that could use improvement are (1) more support on finding transportation to/from Budapest. The desk person did not find any service for me and I had to arrange transportation on my own. I highly recomment Airbus Trans BTW - which provided door-to-door for me as the sole passenger for 170 Euro (reasonable given the alternatives, like Flixbus that'd have required me to take...

"Dieses Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne, alles ist schmutzig und kaputt! Bettwäsche wurde nie gewechselt oder Bett gemacht. Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt! Echt eine Frechheit. Habe dies auch dem Manager gemeldet, der hat nur gelacht und nichts unternommen! Schlechtes Hotel ever!!!"
