"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at the Hamilton Princess! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and it was the perfect home base for our Bermuda vacation. Being able to walk into Hamilton for shopping, restaurants and evening activities was such a bonus, while the hotel itself still felt like a relaxing resort. "Rooms with ocean view were second to none. Absolutely breathtaking! The downfalls of this hotel was the lack of meal options. There is one place to eat with the same menu from 11am until close. No lunch or dinner differences. We also felt there was limited lounge chairs near the pool."

"The property was great and rooms were a great size…but the tub in the middle of the bathroom is a waste of space…a larger shower and toilet room would be nicer .. The staff were awesome! Very nice.. Complimentary coffee service was nice, but not very timely…took over 30 minutes to arrive.. Taxis must be scheduled…you can’t go anywhere spontaneously or plan a spur of the moment activity."

"The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay."

"I guess some ants/bugs is to be expected because you're on the island. I wish I knew more that it was really more of an Inn/motel type. My expectations weren't set right. The continental breakfast i wish could've included more than just mini croissant and mini chocolate croissant and yogurt. But location and service was lovely."
