"Stairs, stairs, stairs. you need to climb a lot of stairs on this property. If you have mobility issues or sore knees, this is not the place for you. the entrance door to unit has a full glass insert with internal blinds, but they do not block out the well lit hallway outside the room. it looks like noontime while trying to sleep. the only answer is to block it, (see pic)"

They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. The staff go out their way to meet your every need. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the Infinity pool and hot tub. We had an incredible dinner at Intrepid. Downtown Hamilton is an easy walk from the hotel. This is where we will stay when we are back in Bermuda. "

"This is a great property. If you are looking for a good beach in Bermuda, this is it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The meal plan is a good value, I highly recommend. The negatives are that some areas of the property show some wear and tear (for example the hot tubs, sliding doors, rusty exterior metal items).
