"The "grab and go" breakfast was a bit of a letdown. There is a restaurant on site, but not open for breakfast. Also...no indication on Expedia that the indoor/outdoor pool pictured on the hotel's page is under renovation....has been for some time, no indication from Staff when it will be operational again."

"This is an older property. It is always clean. Carpet etc has been updated recently. We like that the Mini fridge has a freezer compartment for our cooler packs. We stay here whenever we're passing through Lajunta.The price is great too."

"This is an old, simple, clean motel. The rooms are adequate, outdated, clean, and very reasonably priced. It seems like many of the reviews here expect the Broadmoor for $65 a night. The free continental breakfast is simple but nice, and the staff is very friendly."

"Very Clean room and very clean spotless bathroom. Back in the day, a motel was called a Motor Inn. You drove to your front door of your motel room. Your luggage was then 4-5 feet away from the door. Easy in easy out. No long hallway or waiting for elevator. Great property. "

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
