A number of things need attention to details: lack of towels for the bathroom floor as the shower is open and floor slippery when wet, replacing shower gels used daily, more meat variety at breakfast, placing note that water in the fridge is part of the bar and water outside is not! It takes a small things to make the stay memorable "

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
