"Our stay at The Basilian was truly astonishing and exactly what we needed. After a lackluster experience with Hilton in New York, this property completely brought us back to the brand. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it...

And where I asked for a refund they said “it’s a non refundable booking” even though I couldn’t even use it to begin with! Very disappointed from the property and from Hotel.com service!"
