"Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options."

" Благодарю руководство отеля за прекрасную организацию и уважительный персонал! Чувствуется забота о гостях во всем- от консьержа до массажиста. Особенно приятно, что нашли номер де люкс без запахов, что при моей аллергии очень важно. Поинтересовались , как номер. персональную благодарность прошу передать Денису, Ольге Билык. Хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак тоже был включен, хотя бы в некоторые тарифы номеров."

"this is a scam and a nightmare. The number on the photo and in reality are different. the carpet is old and smelly, the bed is not big, there is industrial noise in the windows, there is no air conditioning. we stayed in the room for 3 hours and my wife said that we can’t sleep here, got into the car, drove another 300 kilometers and spent the night in a small town. Hotel Victoria is not 4 stars, but a maximum of 2 or 1 "

"My room was very spacious, clean, and well-lit, with an attractive, modern aesthetic and comfortable furniture. As a traveller who occasionally needs to do some computer-based work, I also appreciated the amount of table and counter space available, while the free minibar was a big plus (I've never stayed in a hotel that offered so many complimentary drinks before!). Lastly, I really valued the airport shuttle service, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The little signs indicating which products were domestically grown was a nice touch!"
