"Quarto e banheiro com piso carpete, nao achei bom. O cofre do quarto 104 nao funcionava, as pilhas estavam oxidadas. No primeiro dia tinha um odor desagradável no interior do quarto, depois passou. Achei o quarto pequeno para 03 pessoas. A equipe de funcionários excelente, a recepcionista que falava português foi muito simpática e prestativa na hora do check-in e do check-out"

"We stayed in room 19. The room was gorgeous. Comfortable and nice spaces. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially Anna (. Also the breakfast staff and porter, who I don't have named of). Breakfast was delicious in a lovely room with a live piano player. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Good location. Great restaurants nearby. We also used their parking service and luggage tranfer service. That worked well. 10 star review!!!"
