Cari Hotel di Bas-Rhin

"Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and fresh. My room looked out onto the main road but, with the windows closed, i couldn't hear much from outside. There is air conditioning available but I did not use it as it was autumn weather. Very conveniently situated, being close to the station and the old parts of the city"

"I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the hotel! It was beautiful, clean, well situated, had everything I needed but what really stood out was the exceptional service and staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond what was asked for. Julien, the concierge, is the best ever. I was not feeling well and he escorted me to several restaurants in the evening that were nearby to see if I could get a table for dinner. I was sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again if I returned...

"We had the two bedroom apartment for four nights. The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the old part of the city. A main tram stop (Homme de Fer) is a very short walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was generally well equipped, with some minor omissions in the kitchen (no spatula, no serving spoon, no small plates, hardly any washing up liquid provided, no soap powder for the washing machine, I had to ask for a chopping board), Little things, but they were kind of...

"The noise and deeply sleep troubles"

"The accommodation was clean, but the spa area was out of service due to contamination. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was poor and the staff was very unfriendly. I requested a warm blanket, but it was only provided after my third request. The hotel is conveniently located, which is a definite advantage. However, the temperature in the room was uncomfortably cold, which negatively affected my overall experience."

"Ubicación perfecta. Buen desayuno. Habitación muy cómoda."

"War alles top."

"This was a perfect place for us to enjoy our stay in Strasbourg. Our room was modern with great old world touches. The hotel is well located inside the beautiful old town yet with easy access to the train station. The staff was very helpful making sure our bags were delivered to our room. We didn't have time to visit the spa but we ran into some of the other guests who said they really enjoyed their time relaxing at the spa. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"Good place for stop over"

"Very good access into the city via tram."

"Nah zum Parkhaus (1 Minute zu Fuß). Betten etwas unbequem, aber für eine Nacht ist das Hostel super!"
