"AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"

"I stayed in a studio for 2 nights and had a great stay! The room and en-suite were clean and modern and had a lovely rainfall shower and great amenities. I would have loved if there was there was a microwave, but i survived without it! Was very handy being able to cook in the studio and there was a tesco express directly across the road. "This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze."

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
