"The staff at the front desk were very rude and unwelcoming. They seemed bothered when asked questions and were not pleasant to conversation with. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were also very standoff oriented and seemed bothered when ordering something from them. The hotel room had an iron that burned my brand new dress! Overall the room was nice and the hotel was close to a train station which was very convenient."

"I had stayed at 3 different accomodations during my stay in Barcelona but I wish I had just stayed in Arco Barcelona during the entire trip because it's the only hotel that had a well-functioning air conditioner. I like the location as well, it's in between España and Poble Sec stations, which is served by the L1 and L3 train lines. You can get to Las Ramblas in 20 mins. It's also fairly walkable to the airport shuttle bus, if my flight wasn't too early, I would've taken the airport bus. My room...

"The hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is very strategic, right on the famous La Rambla in Barcelona, so you are close to pretty much everything. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I arrived before the official check-in time, and luckily, my room was already available.
