"My stay was exceptional. The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight: Muriel Parin Christina Moezzah Momal Ubaid Daim Jibran Mariam These individuals made my stay outstanding and are to be commended highly. This is a great hotel, with an amazing staff. 10 stars!"

"It was very pleasant staying at PC Karachi, staffs was very efficient and friendly, gentleman at reception Mr Imran was very polite and friendly. Room was very clean and staff did cleaning every day, gym was very nice and well maintained, nothing to shout. Breakfast multiple options and enjoyed with delicious meals. We had dinner at Chandni restaurant and didn’t like the food, we were expecting typical Pakistani cuisine with taste and flavour but unfortunately food let down by lack of taste and variety although staffs was very polite and friendly."

As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. "At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed. "

"Getting there was the most treacherous part. You must drive on dirt roads thru Balochestan so definitely have a phone with GPS and go during the day. Overall the resort was great; accommodating staff, very clean facilities, decent food options. Our beachfront suite was nicely made. Food at the Dastaan restaurant was similar to one of those restaurants on Tipu Sultan road, but at least 15%-30% higher prices. This was to be expected. I have 2 complaints, the first is that upon arrival I was adked to pay something. Idk why considering booking was mqde in full thru Expedia. This was later cleared. The other complaint is that I tried to initially book the anniversary package thru email. The staff did not understand what I wasasking for still set up a standard invoice for the room. I got frustrated and ended up booking thru Expedia so I can use my rewards, since they were avoiding my request for the package. Could have been because they dont use email as much in this country. Overall would recommend and would visit again for special occasions. "
