"Overall we had an amazing stay and this is a great base if you want to go Cala hopping/exploring this part of the island! "I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. "We love this hotel we come every year, it’s beautiful. Staff are fantastic very friendly and helpful, amenities spa, pool, beach bar and choice of different style rooms and the pools are very nice, lovely temperature, warmest pool we visit, we go away quite a few times a year. Food is lovely and the cleanliness is fantastic, been home 2weeks, wish we were back."
