"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"We recently stayed at Pirates Village and overall had a good family holiday. The positives were definitely the entertainment, which was excellent, and the staff, who were all very friendly and fantastic with our toddler. The pools were great, especially the splash pool, which our little girl loved. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is ideal with everything within easy reach.
