"Staff were good around pool, the staff at reception wasn’t as good, when it was raining there was one guy in particular that let the staff down, and was quite rude about lending an umbrella. Food and drink was very expensive for what it was and in my opinion not worth the price. If they actually reduced price then I would say they would actually have more traffic. I feel I had an amazing trip as there was a group of us that made the experience, but not sure I would have thought the same if it...

"Resort is very clean. It sits away from the Sunset Hotel and Market. The Shuttle service from hotel to the market, golf course, restaurants etc is HORRIBLE. Plan on waiting 25 minutes for a ride. Rooms are small and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. (I mean you hear everything) not enough restaurants on the property to accommodate guests. On the positive side pools are nice, loungers have nice cushions and their are no children allowed so its very quiet. Overall stay was...

"Rooms are outdated. We had to get our room changed because the a/c was extremely loud and maintenance came to fix it twice but it kept breaking. The second room had a leak from the a/c and i had to call maintenance again. When i came back to the room, the staff had left a towel on the floor where the puddle was and a dead roach next to it.
The plus side of this resort is that they do have a lot of pools and restaurants with good food."
