We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. The buffet breakfast was not great but hard to say what I was expecting from Salvador but overall, I give it a five or six out of 10. The seals and all the windows were blown out. It seems to be relying on large groups that come and stay, and with the exception of someone at the front desk who I believed was named Renato, you could come and go through reception and not be greeted. The staff seemed slightly demoralized. The lighting in the halls and rooms was really terrible. The place has a good structure, but needs some loving investment."

"Great hotel in a lively neighborhood with a lot of things to do. Only con (if you can call it that) is that the hotel only has 1 iron and ironing board in a room on the main floor for EVERYONE in the hotel to come down and share. Not a big issue, just something to keep in mind when booking with this hotel. I’ll be staying here again in the future…. But I’ll be bring my a mini travel sized iron/steamer with me next time 😂😂😂"
