"We really enjoyed our stay. Based on other reviews it was exactly what we expected and were looking for. We had the size and comfort of an apartment with extra amenities of a hotel like coffee, a restaurant, housekeeping and yoga. Location was perfect."

"The staff at Villa La Estancia were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the resort's all-inclusive experience was very disappointing.
There is no buffet lunch or dinner, and the only buffet breakfast was always crowded with long lines and wait times. Every meal required waiting for service and then waiting for a check, even though everything was already included. We spent far too much of our vacation waiting.
Room service was also frustrating....

"It is a very big beautiful property with great restaurants/ food choices and snack stands near the pools. There’s a nice kids pool that is very shallow and has slides and water falls. It has a theatre with nightly performances, we saw a great 70’s Disco sing & dance performance. It has a night club for 18 years and over with a DJ, that was great fun. The Lobby bar is a great hang out place to chit chat, have some drinks and/or play jeopardy kind of games, or just watch a large movie screen...
