"En general todo bien. Hice la reserva via Expedia y me salia que el total por noche era $105.60. Sin embargo al momento de hacer check in me cobraron $121.77 ya que me indicaron que el precio en Expedia no incluia IVA. Primera vez que me pasa esto en algun hotel ya que siempre que he reservado con Expedia pago el valor que indica la reserva. La persona que me atendio en check in no fue muy amable con la situacion."

"Old world charm in the historic center. Excellent coffee in the room and a chocolate on the bed each evening. Also a great buffet breakfast with local fresh fruit. High end l'Occitane bath products.This hotel pays attention to detail and we felt well cared for. Cuenca flows with mountain springs but we advise drinking only bottled water.
