"Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. "

"Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel em Cuenca:hotel nass loft atahualpa! A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. "Charming, older property. Breakfast provided in the morning. Maria(host) was very accommodating & nice. Good location to walk almost everywhere or catch a cab if needed. Restaurants & stores nearby. Soap provided, but bring your own amenities (shampoo, conditioner). Hair dryer available to borrow from front desk. Enjoyed our stay. "

"Los Balcones is a great place to stay while traveling in Cuenca - location is perfect & staff are friendly. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment & found it to be very comfortable during our 5 nights "
