"a little older property but fairly well kept up. Balcony like 2 foot wide and no seating. Staff was very accomodating, we were informed upon check in that all the facilities were to be closed the next day and we of course were disappointed. Later that day we were informed that they would keep the facilities open for us !"

"We spent two nights in Cuenca to visit one of our workers and while there stayed in the Casa Ordonez. We stayed there because the reviews were so good. We were impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his staff. They were quick to meet all our needs, put us in a better room the second night, arranged tours for us and we just appreciated them so much. Breakfast was very good and different every day! "

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for every taste. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and every detail showed great attention and care. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding service.
