"First time at the western house hotel and was very impressed.
First impressions are important and the member of staff at reception was welcoming and super efficient..she sorted out dinner for us and went over and above to ensure a great stay.
Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom!
Breakfast was amazing and fantastic value..
Would definitely recommend..."

"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "Fantastic room.With front porch looking out at the sea.Had to walk a fair bit to get to our room.But was worth it. Definitely go back and book room Number 408 again "

"The room was amazing and so comfortable, the staff were lovely and couldn't have done anymore to make our stay special. The food was phenomenal and after seeing the prices we will definitely be planning on visiting more often with our family. Cannot wait to see the renovation but hope the same feeling stays about the place as it is such a special venue for us as a family. We got married there and love the old Scottish feel about the place. "

"Lovely warm welcome and a great place to spend New Year’s Eve. This was our second trip to The Marine Troon and each time we have been really impressed by the team throughout the hotel, the rooms and the most impressive setting. It’s hard to believe you’re only 30mins or so from Glasgow "
