"The room was very minimal. Sort of like a youth hostel. It’s nicely located near restaurants and shops and the views of Mt. Blanc are spectacular from that side of the hotel. It doesn’t have air conditioning and because Chamonix is getting warmer like the rest of the planet, which means sleeping in summer months with the windows open. "This is a horrible place. The first room the dirty towels and unmade bed shocked me. The room we next got had been prepared but the carpet was so dirty around 50% was actually black, the clean towels had stains. The staff are ok. The air conditioning works. The price for what it is is ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again. There is parking in the station car park but it’s very tight and there are dubious people hanging around."

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"I was so disappointed with the property especially given the rate. The property is undergoing a refurb, had furniture and cables everywhere in the foyer, they were also painting and had a temporary check in desk. One lift wasn’t working, the door to our room got stuck each time and was very hard to open, the rooms themselves weren’t great - one big disappointment and certainly not worth the price! In addition on arrival we were told they were over booked and were looking to send us to a sister...

"Das Zimmer ist vollkommen in Ordnung und die Betten bequem. Leider ist das Hotel so hellhörig, dass man jeden später ankommenden Gast bzw. Jedes parkende Auto hört und davon aufwacht. Besonders laut ist es natürlich wenn man ein Zimmer im EG bekommt."

"Centrally located in the best part of old Lyon. Staff was very helpful including when my phone charging cube fried and tripped the outlet breaker in our room. They got right on it and fixed the problem quickly. Some rooms are larger than others so ask for one of the larger ones when you check in."
