"The location is good, reception greetings for checking inare professional, the Parking lot space is good. However! The room is full of, thousands of grants! Celling corner! bathroom! Everywhere! I bring my 2months baby cannot stay here how you can imagine? Terrible experience at night! Nightmare for baby! for family! Never recommend it and terrible cleaness! Besides, the shower is leaking! Grants clamb from the plumbing hole! very terrible!"

"While it is a bit worn out the bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well (it was humid for Canberra) Staff were thoughtful and kind and the shower was great."

"Everything was great! Guys on front desk were amazing - nothing was a hassle and very glad to help where they could. The only thing is parking with a tall 4WD can be tricky as high ceiling spots are quite limited. "

"This is a fantastic property. Modern and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well located. The on-site gym is great if small, and it is so. I’ve having several restaurants either on property or in proximity. "This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!"
