"Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent"

"The hotel is fine. The only thing I was not aware and this is something I would have liked to know is that there is nothing around. I did not have a car so in walking distance, it was nothing.
The staff were very nice, nothing to complain about."

"Room was great but we were unable to connect to the TV to connect to streaming services. Most hotels these days have either a smart TV with this option or Foxtel channels. This is a perfect option for those cold nights in winter in Canberra."
