"Well located near Kingston shops and a short walk to the lake foreshore or Manuka Oval. Limited parking around the hotel, much of it metered. (Parking on premises was extra.) The hot water service was undergoing maintenance so I had to have a cold shower and shave when I arrived. There is only one small lift, which you can sometimes wait several minutes for.
